Cancellation Policies


72 Hour Flexible Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a 100% penalty of the total reservation amount.


Payment Methods

1. Pay Now

100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

2. Pay at the Hotel

5% will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount will be settled at check-in.



Payment Information


  • In case of no show or cancellation in accordance with the policy, the automatic charge or refund, as the case may be, will be made to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
  • Upon check-in, guests are required to present photo identification and the credit card used for full payment or as a guarantee for the reservation.
  • By making your reservation, you agree that the associated transaction fees and service costs are non-refundable. This means that in the event of a cancellation of your reservation, these costs will not be refunded, as they correspond to the services processed at the time of confirmation.
